Thanks.  I just pulled them up, and "location services" doesn't appear
anywhere in the document.

Under "Xcode 4.2", it says, "To learn about changes in Xcode 4.2, see
the iOS 5.0 release notes."

Then it doesn't link to them.  So finally if you search the entire doc
set, you may find the iOS 5 release notes, which say merely this:

"Location services are not functional in iOS 4.3 simulator running on
Mac OS 10.7 with Xcode 4.2."
