Xcode 4 - No Compile or Preprocess menu items?

Why were these menu items removed? Can we trust that the automatic compiler will always be compiling changes made to files while we're editing them and show any problems? But what about Preprocess? This is a very important command and is required when tracking things down in complex projects.
