What causes the following warning:

file://localhost/Volumes/repos/_working/LibMemCard/LibMemCard/vikant.h: warning: Missing file: /Volumes/repos/_working/LibMemCard/LibMemCard/vikant.h is missing from working copy

When the file is in my working copy and is under SVN control, from Versions:
