Newest Xcode fails on startup

  • Subject: Newest Xcode fails on startup

I haven't used my Xcode in a long time but I've installed the newest Xcode over my old one and now I get the following when trying to start up:
Loading Plug-In Failed
The plug-in or one of it's prerquisite plug-ins may be missing or damaged and may need to be reinstalled.

I don't recall ever installed outside plugins. Where might I look to see if I can just uninstall this plugin. It's been a while since I've used my Xcode.

Any advice, thanks.
