Yes, they are droppable into the build phase, but don't have a checkbox in there either.

You mean:
Other Linker Flags: -lFoo
That makes it better. It builds, but there are still weird issues which are not always repeatable. Maybe I'll continue this later on another thread after I make some sense out of it.
