BTW, "Reload all class files" didn't work.  But "Read class files"
did, although it forces you to navigate from some random root volume
all the way back to your project directories and pick class files one
at a time.

The remaining question is how IB lost the association in the first
place, and why "Reload all class files" doesn't work.
