to XCode 3 2 4 (MacOX10.6) ??

Hi,

I have difficulty now to edit and run projects with XCode 3 2 4

( for example from the good book "Programming in Objective C" by Stephen Kochan)

What are the templates of projects and files to be choosen

to edit and run the simple program 7.1 p127, 128 . 129 ? ? ?
