- Find the entry 'Breakpoints > Project Breakpoints'
- Uncheck the reference to the other project
If that doesn't work
- When the project is running
- Go to the Console
- do 'Info breakpoints'
- once you find your breakpoint, do 'delete <Num>' where '<Num>' is your breakpoint number
