Correct architecture for Spotlight plugin

  • Subject: Correct architecture for Spotlight plugin

When I run a file through mdimport:

mdimport /depot/test\ files/Untitled\ 1.crtr

I'm getting the following error for our Spotlight plugin:

Plugin '/Library/Spotlight/Creator.mdimporter' does not match current 64 bit architecture to import type 'com.multiad.creator.crtr'.
'/Library/Spotlight/Creator.mdimporter' should be updated. 'arch -i386 mdimport' may work as a work-around.

In the project settings, the Architectures is set to Standard (32/64-bit Universal). Is that correct? What's odd is that if I run the command and specify the plugin to use (the same one that is in use globally), I don't get that error:

mdimport -g /Library/Spotlight/Creator.mdimporter /depot/test\ files/Untitled\ 1.crtr
