Looks similar to the stacktrace I had on my MacBook (in contrary to the desktop described in the "Xcode 3.2.5 keeps crashing") thread.
Solution was
1.) delete .pbuser and *.mode? on .xcodeproj bundle
2.) file an bug report

This workaround lets me open the project (as deleting the build folder does) but the crash still happens when opening the project some time later.
