Annoying IB bug still not fixed

Apple,

I've written this bug up before, but here it is again:  8916346



> Set up IB with three views nested inside each other, each smaller than its container (doesn't matter, just easier to see).

> Select middle view.

> Set the flexible height resizing mask (the thing with arrows up and down).

> Watch the view shift up and to the left by 20 pixels. Note that the contained view shifts down and right 20 pixels to stay in the same absolute position. All sibling views will shift the same way

> Please fix this. This has been a problem for several 3.X releases now. There's no reason you can't fix this in a dot release. It costs me a great deal of work some times.

Please fix it.
