Carbon - XCode 4.1 Image Capture

I am trying to compile a old 4.0 project in 4.1. The project still uses the old Image Capture Framework. In 4.1 it can't find the typdef for ICAGetNthChildPB.
Does anyone know what the status of Image Capture is on Lion?
I know ImageKit is the "new" way to do things, but I hate to spend all the time in moving over to it for this old TWAIN plugin.
