I don't know if things have changed but last time I checked, you can indeed use 3.2.6 under Lion as long as it is already installed. You can't install 3.2.6 under Lion.

Is there a non-beta Lion-aware Xcode 4.x which can be used for iOS development and submission or have I been a bit overenthusiastic and left myself no way to build and submit my iOS 4.x apps?
