Yeah. iTunes helper it is. Note also that ive had no luck updating 4.0.2 to 4.1, crashes every time on startup, doesn't even give a menu you can use.
I've seen a suggestion that you just delete or move the developer directory or delete the old installation totally. Had to go to work before trying this.
