Xcode 4.1 and documentation

I haven't yet found this in help… a pointer would be appreciated.

After downloading and installing 4.1 I went to the documentation tab
of preferences to start grabbing current doc. After giving my
password a bunch of times (once per doc set?) Xcode started grabbing
doc. Fine, but….

It has stopped with an (!) in the far right for two of the sets,
Mac OS X 10.7 Core Library and Mac OS X Legacy Library. I assume
that the (!) means that Xcode could not complete the download. Yes?
No? Where might I find a reason? What can I do about it (it anything)?
