Is Xcode 3.2.6 officially supported on Lion?

  • Subject: Is Xcode 3.2.6 officially supported on Lion?

Hi,

I understand that Xcode 3.2.6 will not install on Lion, and because of
that most people seem to assume it isn't supported on Lion. However,
as has previously been pointed out on this mailing list, if Xcode
3.2.6 is installed prior to a Lion upgrade it will continue to work on
Lion. So that muddies the waters with regard to whether or not Xcode
3.2.6 is officially supported or not on Lion. Is there a clear
statement about this from Apple anywhere?

Thanks.
