IB 3.2.5 plug-in is not loading

Hi All!

I'm re-writing existing IB 2x palette to IB 3x plug-in. But my plug-in is loaded only while being debugged! I have 3 dependent frameworks: 1) CLControls (contains custom controls which must be available from IB) 2) CLCommon 3) CLKeymapper and libKeymapTables.dylib library.

I put all required frameworks to Frameworks folder:
