I am not saying that that's their intention, and I certainly don't believe that. However I am saying that this is strictly speaking what they're saying. I also noted that they would probably not enforce it.

However, this rule gives them legal control to cut you off when they like, or sue you in court. In extreme cases they may use this weapon. Compare Assange, who was cut of from various internet services for apparently breaking rules that are routinely ignored.
