Xcode 4 and personal .pbfilespec .xclabgspec files

Xcode 3 would look in my ~/Library for my language specifications, e.g.

opensnoop -n Xcode

  501   5549 Xcode          6 /Users/fsb/Library/Application
Support/Developer/Shared/Xcode/Specifications/sql file types.pbfilespec
  501   5549 Xcode          6 /Users/fsb/Library/Application
Support/Developer/Shared/Xcode/Specifications/Sql.xclangspec



but Xcode 4 does not.

Is there somewhere else I should put them?
