Not that I could find.  But Xcode 4 saves ORGANIZATIONNAME in the pbproj file.  While there's no apparent UI for changing it - a regression from Xcode 3; bugs have been filed - you can open the pbproj file in your favourite text editor and manually replace the name. _______________________________________________
