Why does XCode 4 always open files up to maximum size?

  • Thread-topic: Why does XCode 4 always open files up to maximum size?

If I double-click a file in the finder, it opens up in its own window (yay!)
But it takes up as much space as it can - on my laptop it covers the screen, on my desktop it takes about 90%.
I resize it, move it around, close it, and reopen it - it's still taking up 90-100% of my screen.

Why can't it remember its size and location? Why does it always open so huge? _______________________________________________
