Actually, it never used to be a two-modifier manoeuvre. I believe it
was with Xcode 3 where it became command-option-double-click. In
previous Xcodes, Project Builder, CodeWarrior, and I think even THINK C,
option-double-click took you straight to the docs for the think you clicked.
The removal of this feature is horrible!
