I would love to help, but I'm on some pretty tight deadlines...
My project uses the libraries OpenSceneGraph and wxWidgets. I have includes from those libraries in a pch. It's probably caused by one of those. Maybe a good test would be to create a new project, add lots of headers from those libraries and see what happens. It used to work on 3.2. I'll try to isolate the problem when I have some time.
