XCode 4 - Thank You!!

I have admittedly only dabbled in XCode 4 so far - that said I already built a demo iOS app.

And - WOW!!! - what a difference! I found XCode 3 to be horrible, to be honest, a total detriment to development, a glorified text editor, 10 years behind the competition.

XCode 4 fixes all that (and it's much prettier, of course). It just works, and it just feels natural. It does what it's supposed to do, it focuses on the important things, completion "just works", and so on. Everything I've tried, worked. I can hardly believe it. Error messages and warnings - elegant. Mess of windows - gone. Runtime output - makes sense. Everything that was bad about XCode 3- is fixed.

Thanks to the XCode team at Apple! XCode 4 is on the right track now. I can't believe how good this is. I am excited about the switch in default compilers which hopefully means that XCode will be able to unlock and use all information the compiler has.

:)

	Nik

PS: I read about bugs on this list - the thing is, bugs can be fixed. Concepts can't - they can only be killed, and re-born. _______________________________________________
