XCODE_VERSION_MINOR reporting 0400 using Xcode 3.2.6

This is a really strange problem....the build setting XCODE_VERSION_MINOR is reporting 0400 with Xcode 3.2.6.  Xcode 3.2.5 was correctly reporting 0320.

Is anyone else seeing this?

Is there anything I can do about it?

I will be filing a bug report soon.
