Hello,
Just a quick tip: after installing Xcode 4 you might get the errors “iTunes was unable to load data class information from Sync Services. Reconnect or try again later.” and "iTunes could not backup the iPhone because the backup session failed" when trying to synch with iTunes. There are lengthy troubleshooting pages from apple that do not help and the solution is in fact very simple: Just download the latest version of iTunes and install it over your current version, even if it is the same version number. Problem gone. Kudos to http://langui.sh/2011/03/16/itunes-unable-to-load-data-class-information/ for this. I spent over one bugging hour until I found it, so I post it here, maybe it saves someone some time...
