hiding file extensions when building

Hello,
I'm sure this is something simple I'm overlooking but I have a few .workflow files in my project that are copied when building, but I would like to have them copied and hide the .workflow extension. Any advice on how I could do this would be great! Note...I tried to do this with a Run Script Phase but I couldn't get it to work. Thanks,
