As I said previously, Xcode does not have a public plug-in API.

Any plug-ins created are thus the result of reverse-engineering, and can result in very significant compatibility issues from one version of Xcode to the next.

Finally, discussion of reverse-engineering Apple software is both off-topic for and inappropriate on Apple's mailing lists.
