Again the "Couldn't register with the bootstrap server"!

Not sure what I did but I'm getting again the "Couldn't register Blah-Blah-Blah" with the bootstrap server. Unknown error code".

I don't want to restart my Mac each time I get it. Closing Xcode, logging out or anything besides restarting doesn't cure the problem.

So, what's the process I should kill that is hanging? Anybody knows?
