See the message above. Sounds like this is a problem with the simulator. Have you looked at the system console output immediately after this crash occurs?
I recall someone else was having this problem a few months ago* and couldn’t figure out how to fix it. This may be a serious bug in Xcode itself that for some reason only affects a small number of people; I have no idea what to do about it other than file a bug report. You may want to pay for a developer tech support incident if you need someone to look at it right away.
