Debugging ARC app on Snow Leopard

  • Subject: Debugging ARC app on Snow Leopard

Hello all,
I'm trying to decide whether to migrate a project that needs to run on Snow Leopard to ARC. I know I need to build it on Lion, but how does one debug on Snow Leopard?

I tried putting the DerivedData in the project folder, and building on Lion; then running without building on Snow Leopard. But the debugger does not stop at breakpoints. Is this something that should work? Or is remote debugging from a Lion machine the only way?

Thanks for any help you can offer.

Dave Fernandes
