I've just tried that - no change. The target has 12 source files, and
one Mac is compiling 24 files, the other 36.

In case it's relevant, maybe I should add some more details. The
project is an Audio Unit plugin. It has two targets: the plugin itself
and its Cocoa UI, and it's the UI target that's failing (since that's
the one that uses CorePlot). I can see that on the MBP, both are being
compiled fpr ppc despite both being set otherwise in their Target
Settings.
