One or more product items in the "Products" group will not be associated to the actual file, which will be created by the build process. The items remain unassociated - and its color remains red (as if they do not exist). Cleaning does not help.

I would have done this before weekend, but unfortunately I wasn't able to reproduce this issue in a more simpler project till today. Also, I fixed this issue already in my original workspace by removing the project (within a workspace) and recreated it from scratch.
Luckily, I was able to reproduce this issue now, but I can not tell exactly what steps must be performed to create the issue again - sorry. It seems to be a common set of activities or even only one, but it is not that obvious which one.
So, this is what I have done:
- created a workspace
- created projects within it
- added a sub folder "Projects" and moved all projects into it. (this required to reassign the sources)
- added targets to the projects
- added Schemes.
- edited Schemes (e.g. adding arguments)
- deleted Schemes and created new ones to associated to targets again
- associated copies of Schemes to other targets and set its executable
- disabled auto-creation for Schemes
- added more targets, and more Schemes
- played a lot with Schemes,
so far so good.
- played a lot with Schemes,
and here it is again!
Xcode encountered an assertion, during this process. Unfortunately, I have no crash log - since I let it continue. :( (I have to add, Xcode crashes a lot).
Could just reproduce this with one product of one project.
I suspect, using a copy of a Scheme which will be associated to a target and some crash of Xcode which might somehow cause it. No evidence, though. It might help if others can possibly provide more info …
Will send the failing project to bug reporter, maybe this helps.
