Xcode4.1 Memory Problem while code Indexing in c++

Hi, all:
I am having an memory issue while my project indexing. The project is made by c++ and used luabind, Boost, STL.

While I edit some .h file which is included by some other files, the indexing is begin. It used huge memory (near all my free memory, in the Activity Monitor it display all yellow and red color).

I used "defaults write com.apple.XCode PBXNumberOfParallelBuildSubtasks 1" while building, so I want to know is there any way to decrease the memory usage in the indexing.

I am using Xcode(4.1) on my MacBookPro 2011 (Intel 2.2GHz Core i7, 6GB RAM, 750GB HDD)

Thanks you very much!
