Automatic device provisioning still broken?

Xc4.3.2

Every time I try to add a device to the Portal using the Xcode Organizer window, using the last few versions of Xcode, it goes through a bunch of steps, including having me log in, seems to do a lot of stuff (including downloading the team wildcard profile), and then gives me this error:

Your team has no devices for which to generate a provisioning profile. Please connect a device to use for development, or manually add a Device ID using the Provisioning Portal.

Is it working? It does seem to actually run...
