As have been called out already, this doesn't really make sense for Cocoa/Touch applications. If your "main file" is that important, you're probably doing it wrong. That said...

The ability to bookmark files, and to quickly jump to bookmark files, seems more generally interesting. We have received similar enhancement requests already, but I'd welcome you to file additional requests that describes the specific use case that you had in mind if that's something that you'd be interested in.
