One of my targets in Xcode runs a script. The purpose is to build a library via lipo that will run in both the device and simulator. Everything is working fine except one thing: I cannot seem to find a way to obtain the current SDK version specified in the target. If I set the version manually, it works fine (script shortened for brevity):
xcodebuild -target "MyLibrary" -configuration "Release" -sdk iphoneos${MY_SDK_VERSION}
Is there a way to obtain the SDK version?
You should be able to just use 'iphoneos' as the SDK and xcodebuild should select the latest available SDK (ditto using macosx for Mac builds).
