Registering for the iOS Developer Program with another person's credit card

A quick question: Am trying to register for the Apple iOS Developer Program and am trying to use my brother's credit card to do it. During registration (the Apple accoount is in my name), once I enter his card details, it automatically changes the 'name' in the 'registered account' itself to my brother's name! And this 'name' field is uneditable in the 'Account Information' page (I checked it). So, in effect, if I do this, the account changes to my brother's name! What do I do to keep it in my name while using my brother's card for the registration? Any help please!
