Turning off Constraints based layout default?

I'm running Xcode 4.3.2 and in my experience constraints based layouts are not ready for prime time and I turn them off every time I open a new view file in the IB interface.  A small task perhaps, but one that is starting to grate upon my nerves.  Does anyone know how I can toggle this misfeature so I don't have to do this all the time ?
