Core Data Model graph view all disconnected

I made a Core Data model in an earlier version of Xcode 4.3, and now when I view it the lines connected the model object boxes are not properly connected.
Is there someway to force a redraw? Even dragging the objects around hasn't fixed it... [I'm on 4.3.3]
