No teams showing in organizer

Hi,

Working with XCode 3.2.4 and 4.2 (still on Snow Leopard).

I'm trying to set up code signing for my installers, apps and plugins,
but I run into one big problem. All the documentation shows things
being done from the Team entry in the Teams section of the
organizer... I don't have one.

I'm actually a Team Admin (set up on developer.apple.com), but I can't
find any way to let XCode know this, I've searched the web and the
only glimmer of hope I've found so far was a troubleshooting tip in
Apple's docs, unfortunately it was only a glimmer since it seemed to
be telling me to drag and drop a file I don't have onto the XCode icon
in the dock.

I really hope somebody here can help, because I'm hitting a brick wall
on this one.

regards

Jon
