Thanks, to you and the others that have responded to this question.

I'm confused by the above, though. I did pick the Cross-Development SDK to
be 10.3.9, but then when viewing the command line logs for the build, it
appeared that there was some flag about the min os being set to 10.3.9 based
on this selection. If I build against the current OS, this flag disappeared.
They seemed tied together. If the "min os" is a separate setting, where is
this exactly?
