This isn't exactly a navigation tip, but it saves me tons of time. Here's the situation: I have 50 or so files containing several hundred test cases. One of them fails. To debug, I want to turn off all but the test file of interest. 

opt-cmd-u -> now you can select which tests you want to run

Here's the trick: assuming they are all initially checked, highlight the test files you want to omit (shift click, cmd click, shift up/down arrow - standard highlighting techniques), then press the space bar and watch them all uncheck at once.
