4.4.1 outside of the app store?

My main Mac is booted to 10.6.8.  The link to 4.4.1 on https://developer.apple.com/xcode/index.php only points to the App store, which prevents you from downloading the app if you're not on 10.7.


Is there a non app store link?  I've looked around and if there is one, I can't find it.
