Yes, it definitely gets confused sometimes, but I can't figure out a simple reproducible case to submit a bug.
Sometimes deleting extra spaces at the end of a line seems to fix it for me. I usually just start deleting and adding code just above where the indentation issue is (even though it's the same code) and eventually it usually starts working again.
