Xc4 User Defaults, selecting delimiters

I can't seem to find documentation for user defaults for Xcode 4. I can only find this:

In particular, I don't want double-clicking a parenthesis to select the parenthesis, but only to select what's in-between. I can see an Xcode 3.1 default for handling that with single or double quotes.
