Xcode 4 rebuilds entire project

I'm new to Xcode 4.
Each time I click the "Run" button my entire project is rebuilt (including precompiled headers).
The project is originaly an Xcode 3.2.6 project, I'm using Xcode 4.2 on Lion. 

What am I missing?
