Nib file fails to open.

Hi All,

Has anyone else had a problem of opening  an .XIB file using XCODE 4.3? File works great using XCODE 4.1, Gives the following error when I try to open it under XCODE 4.3

The document "MainMenu.xib" could not be opened. The operation couldn’t be completed. *** -[__NSArrayM insertObject:atIndex:]: object cannot be nil.

The console log :

12-02-27 10:53:55.693 AM Xcode: Exception raised while decoding document objects - *** -[__NSArrayM insertObject:atIndex:]: object cannot be nil
