Copy / Paste the SDK from Xcode 4.3 to Xcode 3 Developer dir and you're done. I'm using Xcode 3 on Lion, with 10.7 SDKs for some times now, and it works nicely.
I'm also using the svn version of clang to be sure it supports all features of Xcode 4 and recent SDKs.
And to build release versions, I'm using Xcode 4's xcodebuild, so my product is finally built using a supported configuration.
