Document types in XCode4

Using Xcode4.2, and for some reason I am unable to find the location
where I can set the document types that my app can access. I see the
ones I entered before (must have been with Xcode 4 or 4.1) in the
info-plist, so I could just edit that, but I swear there was a panel
to do this as well. Did it move, or am I just getting blind ? :-)
